1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if: ⢠Request is made within 24 hours of placing the order ⢠Order has not been dispatched or processed beyond initial stage After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Returns & Replacements

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To request any return, replacement, or refund: ⢠You must record a clear unboxing video ⢠Video must show: ā Sealed package ā Opening process ā Product condition Without valid video proof, requests may be rejected.

5. Refund Process
